He passed the CPA exam in 1984.
Tom is an accomplished golfer, having led his high school team to the Virginia state championship. He remains an avid golfer to this day and lives in Tega Cay, South Carolina. Tom graduated from Benjamin Franklin University in Washington, DC in 1983 with a BS in Accounting.
